What to bring
When packing a diaper bag for your child, please include the following items:
1)Two or three disposable diapers (No cloth diapers, please)
2)Diaper wipes and lotion or powder if that is an item that you require after each change (i.e. Desatin)
3)Pacifier or other item, should your child need it for security.
4)A complete change of clothes (in case your child would require that)
5)A bottle or sippy cup of milk, formula, juice or water. Please make sure that it is a spill proof container or we will not be able to allow your child to use it in the nursery.

Your child’s health
We operate a well-baby program. For the protection of all the children in our ministry we cannot accept a child with a runny nose, fever, unexplained rash, persistent cough, diarrhea or any other signs of illness that may be contagious to the other children or staff. We request that you not place your child in the nursery while they are at risk of exposing other children. Thank you in advance for helping us keep our nursery a healthy place for all.

Saying Goodbye
As you know, it is normal for the little ones to cry when leaving a parent. This does not last long, and separation becomes easier over time. Our staff will immediately try to create interest in a toy or activity and give assurance that you will return after the worship service is completed. If your child cries for an extended period of time, we will be sure to send someone out to the sanctuary to have you return in order to comfort your child.

Checking on your child
Feel free to check on your little one at any time during the worship service. However, we ask that you do so discreetly, trying not to let your child see you. You may use our two-way mirror in the hallway.
