FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FBCW is a growing and loving family of people, of all ages, who have a heart for our community and who desire to glorify the Lord Jesus by living out lifestyles that honor the Great Comission.

Where is FBCW located?
FBCW is located just West of Clarksville, TN bordering Ft. Campbell near gate 10.
How many attend FBCW?
God is pouring out blessings on FBCW and one of His blessings is people! There are over 160 people attending Worship Services at our church each week and we have grown at a rate of over 10% for the last two years.

Do I need to dress up?
FBCW has a “come as you are” atmosphere. You will see some dressed up (suit and tie); some dressed casual (jeans and t-shirt). We have no expectations for attire. God does not care what you wear, just as long as you are there.
How do I know which Life Group/Sunday school Class to attend?
Growing, or getting to know FBCW members and building rewarding friendships, is a vital part of our church’s strategy. Small Groups/Sunday school is a great way to do that. On Sunday Mornings, you will find greeters at the main entrance to help you find your way when you arrive. You can also check out the drop down portion of our ministries tab for details on all our church has to offer for you and your family.
We also have Men’s and Women’s small group Bible studies that meet in the evenings throughout the week.
What is your pastor like?
Pastor Jody Kilburn is dynamic, energetic, and funny. His leadership provides direction, vision, and wisdom to our church. He is a retired Army aviator and loves hunting and most sports. He also enjoys reading and spending time with his family. He brings the word of God to us without sugar coating things in fear that he may offend someone. Pastor Jody has a heart for God and his church, and will say what needs to be said in order to keep us all on the path that the good Lord would have us to be on.
What is the worship like?
The worship style at FBCW is a blended style of both traditional hymns and contemporary songs played in a manor that appeals to both young and old. Media is also utilized through pro presenter and lighting to further encourage corporate worship.
